Syndication FAQ

Are my listings being syndicated?

Syndication to CityCribs, Google Base, Oodle, Trulia, and Zillow is an opt-out, not opt-in, service. Therefore, unless you specifically ask us not to syndicate your listings, they are indeed syndicated. Please note: City Cribs, Trulia, and Zillow only accept United States listings. Oodle accepts listings in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, India, and Ireland.

LuxuryRealEstate.com listings are also shared with our members' own websites through our Global Broker Reciprocity program. To learn more, please see the Global Broker Reciprocity FAQ.

The list of our Online Partners can be found in the Luxury Lounge (http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge/) by going to 'Resources' then 'Forms and Documents'.

I can't find my listings on the sites you say you syndicate to. Why not?

This is likely an issue of data quality. Listings will be rejected from many sites if proper addresses are not provided. Please contact your account manager or send an e-mail to websupport@luxuryrealestate.com for details about your data quality.

All data is filled in for a listing, but it is still not showing on the sites you say you syndicate to. Why not?

That is a question for customer support for the sites that we syndicate to. We send our feed to them and what happens after that is beyond our control.

The information for my listing on one of the sites you syndicate to is incorrect, but it is correct on LuxuryRealEstate.com.  What is wrong?

The moment a listing is updated on LuxuryRealEstate.com, the feed is automatically updated. From that point, it is beyond our control how frequently the sites we syndicate to pull it from us and what they do with it.

I see my listing on the sites you syndicate to, but the link isn't to LuxuryRealEstate.com. Why not?

The listing might have been fed to these sites from someone else. For example, if Trulia receives the same listing from several sources, they will try to determine which one has the best data and will drop the others. There's no guarantee they will choose the version being sent from LuxuryRealEstate.com.
