Realty Master FAQ


LRE Realty Master is our modern, robust real estate website platform, which contains listing, lead, vendor, community, and content management. This FAQ only applies if your company has a Realty Master website.


How do I log into Realty Master?

1. Append ‘/mysite/login’ to your company’s website address to access the login page.
2. Enter your e-mail address and password in the designated fields.
3. Click the ‘Login’ button.

What should I do if I do not remember my password? 

1. Click the ‘Forgot password?’ link.
2. Enter your e-mail address.
3. Click the ‘Send’ button.
4. You will receive a password reminder by e-mail.

How can I change the password I use for logging into Realty Master?

1. Log into Realty Master with your current password.
2. Click ‘Settings’ in the blue menu bar.
3. Enter your desired password in the ‘Password’ field and again in the ‘Confirm password’ field.
4. Click the ‘Save Changes’ button. The next time you log in, use your new password.

Where can I find and manage leads? 

Log into Realty Master and click the ‘Leads’ tab in the blue menu bar across the top of the page. You can search by ‘Lead Assigned To’, ‘Request Type’, ‘Origin Type’, and ‘Contact Info’.

Where are leads/inquiries sent? 

• If the listing has a listing agent assigned, the inquiry is sent to that agent. 

• If there is no listing agent assigned or if it is a listing that does not belong to your company, the inquiry will go to the default e-mail address for your company. 

• If the inquirer has already sent an inquiry on another listing, the second inquiry goes to the same agent as the first inquiry. 


Leads can also all be viewed in Realty Master by following the above instructions.

Can I block e-mail addresses that are sending spam inquiries? 

Blocking certain e-mail addresses from sending inquiries is not a current functionality in Realty Master.

How do I set up a new user with login information for Realty Master?

If you have administrative privileges in Realty Master, you may add new users:
1. Log into Realty Master.
2. Go to ‘Firm’ > ‘User Accounts’ > ‘Add new account’.
3. Enter the user’s information. ‘First name’, ‘Last name’, ‘Login E-mail’, ‘Password’, and ‘Confirm password’ are required fields.
4. To edit user privileges, find the user you just added.
5. Click ‘Roles’ and check any applicable roles. Please notify websupport@luxuryrealestate.com if you do not see this option and need assistance.

How do I upload images for my listing?

1. After the listing has been created, select it to edit it from the ‘Listings’ tab.
2. Select ‘Images’ in the gray menu bar.
3. Click ‘Add Property Image’.
4. Click the ‘Browse…’ button to select the image.
5. Enter a short photo description in the ‘Caption’ field if you would like.
6. Click ‘Upload Image’.

Please note that only JPEG, GIF, and PNG image file formats are accepted. BMP and TIFF images are not optimal for display in web browsers and need to be resaved in one of the accepted formats before being uploaded.

I saw a new tab/functionality in Realty Master, so I tried it out.  Why are the changes I made not reflected on my company's website?

Realty Master is a generic website management system that is used by multiple websites. The features that are publicly visible for each site are by and large a custom implementation. Each website uses a subset of what is available to manage in Realty Master. If a new functionality is added, it does not automatically appear on the public site unless we are instructed to implement it.
