MDT Reports

To access reports and information about MDT runs and errors:

1. Log into the Luxury Lounge at http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge.

2. Hover over ‘My Lounge’ in the upper-right corner and select ‘MDT’. Please e-mail websupport@luxuryrealestate.com if your company has an active MDT that you would like to view details of and it says ‘No Imports found’. The ‘No Imports found’ message may also mean that your company is not currently using an MDT and manages its listings on LuxuryRealEstate.com manually.

3. There are 4 main tabs containing details of your MDT:

Overview Tab

The “Overview” tab contains FTP information (username and password) and the status of your MDT.

‘Enabled’ indicates if the MDT is turned on and ‘Runnable’ indicates if your account is active. It needs to say ‘Yes’ next to both for the MDT to run.

It will say one of the following below ‘Latest Results’:

'No New Data' means we have checked and there is no new file. You can click the link to see how old the most recent file is.
'Errors' means there were errors with the last run. These errors may have affected the success of your import and should be investigated.
'Success' means the last run was successful with no errors or warnings.
‘Last Run’ tells you when a file was last run and you can click the link to see the details of that run.

Runs Tab

The history of MDT runs is displayed on this tab. Click on ‘Report’ next to any of the runs to view more details.

General messages for the run appear under ‘General Messages’, but to see the detailed messages for each listing you will need to click:

‘Detailed report on # listings’ which displays a list of all the listings included in the last run MDT file, or
‘received’, ‘inserted’, ‘updated’, ‘unchanged’, or ‘warnings’ under ‘Statistics’ to see the listings that fell into each category.
From either page, you can click on the web # to view the listing in the Luxury Lounge or click in the ‘MESSAGES’ column to see the detailed messages.

Notifications Tab

Information about Import Notifications is found on this tab. You will also notice a ‘Notification Preferences’ tab that appears when you select 'Notifications', which is the place to add or remove people to receive these e-mail notifications.

Import Notifications are sent detailing the errors of each MDT run. They do not contain the details of issues with particular listings, but list the general errors with the file and direct the recipients to log into the Luxury Lounge (http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge) for more details.

If you set 'Send Email Threshold' to ‘Notice’, and there are warning or notice messages for an Import Run, an e-mail will be sent. If there are only ‘Info’ level messages, no e-mail will be sent. In either case, if there are any messages at all, they will show up under the ‘Notifications’ tab.

You may delete your Import Notifications if you want to (click the red circle icon), otherwise they will stick around until we clear out the logs for that Import Run. Clicking on an Import Notification will bring you to a detailed report on that Import Run.

(Notification Preferences Tab)

To add someone to the notification list who already has access to the Luxury Lounge, click 'Add someone to the notification list'. Select his or her name from the ‘Person’ drop-down and select a ‘Send Email Threshold’ (‘Notice’ is the default). Click the ‘Add’ button.

Please e-mail websupport@luxuryrealestate.com if you want someone outside of your account to receive Import Notifications.

Archived Listings Tab

This tab shows all archived listings (listings that are not currently displayed online on LuxuryRealEstate.com) and whether they were manually archived by someone in the Luxury Lounge or were archived by not being included in a subsequent MDT file.
