How do I upload listings manually?

Why can’t I get my listing photos to upload?

• Are your photos over 1 MB in size? Photos over this size may not upload or may take a long time to upload.
• Are your photos in the correct format? LuxuryRealEstate.com currently accepts all standard file formats, including JPEG, GIF, and PNG.

How many photos may I upload for each listing?

You may upload up to 24 photos per listing to be displayed on LuxuryRealEstate.com.

What is the recommended size for listing photos?

We recommend you upload high quality, high resolution photos (up to 10 MB maximum) for your listings. The minimum size should be 800x600 pixels.

How do I delete a listing photo?

Deleting listings photos is a two-step process to prevent accidental deletion.

1. Log into the Luxury Lounge at http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge.
2. Select 'Listings' in the 'My Lounge' menu on the left.
3. Locate and select the listing with the photo(s) you would like to delete. You can browse to find the listing, or enter the web number or MLS number and hit the 'Search' button.
4. Click 'Images' in the list on the right to edit photos.
5. Click the red circle icon next to any of the photos.

6. Click 'OK' to confirm you want to delete the image when prompted with 'Are you sure?'

Why is my listing not showing up on your site?

• Is your property under $500,000? The current minimum for luxury properties on the site is $500,000. Everything under this price is suspended for us to review before making it active on the site.
• Does your firm have a mass data transfer (MDT)? If so, properties will be updated on a daily basis if your firm provides the data.

For Elite Agents and Associate Regents only: Why isn’t my contact information showing up along with my company’s information?

Did you select your name in the 'Contacts' section from the Available list. Both your name and the company location should be selected.

Why can’t I find my listing in a search for City, State?

• Did you spell the name of the city correctly?
• Did you select a state?
• Are you searching using the 'City' field? The keyword search searches the listing description, not the location.

How do I add the MLS Region for my listing if I don't see it as an option in the drop-down menu?

When uploading a listing manually, you will now select the MLS Region from a drop-down menu. If you do not see the region you need in the list, additional regions can be added by Luxury Lounge users with administrative privileges.

1. Log into the Luxury Lounge at http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge.
2. Click 'MLS Regions' under 'Administration' on the left. If you do not see this link, you do not have the necessary administrative privileges to add another region. Please contact your account manager or e-mail websupport@luxuryrealestate.com for assistance.
3. Look through the list of previously entered regions next to 'Add an existing MLS Region' for the region you want to add.
4. If you find the region you are looking for, highlight it and click the 'Submit' button.
5. If you do not see the region you need in the list, click the 'Add a New MLS Region' button.
6. Enter the region name in the 'Short Name/Abbrv.' field. The 'Full Name' and 'Website URL' fields are optional.
7. Click the 'Save' button.
