No, your Members Only area login infomation will not work to sign you into the Luxury Lounge (
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge). You will need to be set up with new login information for the Luxury Lounge.
How do I get set up in the Luxury Lounge?
To be set up in the Luxury Lounge (
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge), contact your account manager or send a request to websupport@luxuryrealestate.com with the names and e-mail addresses of the people needing access to the Luxury Lounge.
What should I do if my Luxury Lounge password won't work or I forgot my password?
From the main Luxury Lounge page (
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge), click ‘Forgot password?’ next to the 'Login' button. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and click the 'Request New Password' button. You will then receive an e-mail containing your login information. If you do not receive the e-mail, your e-mail provider may be marking it as spam. Check in your spam folder to see if the e-mail is there. If it isn't, add the address lounge@luxuryrealestate.com to the address book of your e-mail program and request another password e-mail. If you still do not receive the e-mail, you should notify your e-mail provider that it should let through any e-mail originating from the domain luxuryrealestate.com.
Can I change the password you sent me to log into the Luxury Lounge?
Yes, to change the password you use to log into the Luxury Lounge:
1. Log into the Luxury Lounge at
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge with your previously assigned password.
2. Select 'Edit Web Profile' under 'Profile'.
3. Click the 'Settings' tab.
4. Type the password of your choice in the 'Password' field and again in the 'Password Confirmation' field.
5. Click the 'Change' button.
The next time you log into the Luxury Lounge, use your new password.
How do I access my listings and profile in the Luxury Lounge?
1. Log into the Luxury Lounge at
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge.
2. Click ‘My Lounge’ in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. From the 'My Lounge' page, you can select 'Listings' or 'Edit Profile'.

How do I edit listings?
1. Log into the Luxury Lounge at http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge.
2. Hover over ‘My Lounge’ in the upper-right corner of the page and select ‘Listings’.
3. Click the pencil and paper icon to the right of any listing on the 'My Listings' page. Browse to find the listing to be edited or use the 'Search' feature.
4. Make changes to any field (each section is outlined on the Manual Listing Upload Instructions page).
5. Click the 'Save' button below each section or at the top of the page.
Why am I unable to edit my listings and my firm or agent LuxuryRealEstate.com profile in the Luxury Lounge?
You need administrative privileges in the Luxury Lounge (
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge) to allow you to manage listings and LuxuryRealEstate.com profiles. Please contact your account manager or send an e-mail to

How do I archive or hide a listing?
1. Log into the Luxury Lounge at
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge.
2. Select 'Listings' in the 'My Lounge' menu on the left.
3. Find the listing to be hidden. You can browse to find the listing, or enter the web number or MLS number and hit the 'Search' button.
4. Click the checkbox in the 'Archived' column next to the listing:

How do I delete a listing?
Only offline or archived listings can be deleted. To permanently delete a listing that is currently online:
1. Log into the Luxury Lounge at
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge.
2. Select 'Listings' in the 'My Lounge' menu on the left to view 'All My Listings'.
3. Locate the listing to be deleted. You can browse to find the listing, or enter the web number or MLS number and hit the 'Search' button.
4. Click the checkbox next to the listing in the 'Archived' column:

6. When prompted with 'Are you sure?' warning, confirm you would like to delete the listing by clicking 'OK'.

How can I make a payment online?
You can purchase conference and event tickets and many of our services in the Luxury Lounge.
To purchase tickets to one of our conferences and events:
1. Log into the Luxury Lounge at
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge.
2. Click ‘EVENTS’ in the menu bar across the top of the window.
3. Click the 'Event Details' button for the event you wish to attend and then click the ‘Purchase Tickets’ button.
4. Choose the number of tickets in the drop-down menu and click ‘Buy Now’ next to your total.
5. Enter your billing information and review your purchase on the next screen.
To purchase our web, print, and membership services:
1. Log into the Luxury Lounge at
http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/lounge.
2. Click ‘SERVICES’ in the menu bar across the top of the window.
3. Select a service category to see the various offerings.
4. You can learn more about each service by clicking the ‘Details’ button.
5. Click the ‘Purchase’ button on either the category or details pages.
6. Enter your billing information and review your purchase on the next screen.
Take advantage of ‘My Cart’ to purchase multiple items and only enter your billing information once.

Where are property inquiries on LuxuryRealEstate.com sent?
Inquiries are sent to all unique e-mail addresses entered in the 'Email' fields of agent, office, and firm profiles and in the 'Additional Inquiry Email' field for each listing. You may enter multiple e-mail addresses per field by separating them with a comma.
